Eletex throughout the years

• 1975
  First steps into the industry: under the name Dirk Benoit Elektronika, the company repairs industrial electronics. The team also acquires a thorough specialization in motor automation. A second line of business focuses on the security sector.
• 1985
  The first agency of Dirk Benoit Elektronika is created: ROJ Electrotex
• 1986
  Dirk Benoit's company grew quickly and solidly. It clocked up some 60 agencies by the end of 1986. This was followed by the creation of Eletex, which focused on the textile sector. 
• 1987-1995
  Eletex draws out an impressive growth trajectory. As the only full-service agency, it even delivers several textile mills turnkey. In the 1990s, Eletex sets up the first weaving mill in Belgium with a fully electronic operation.
• 2017
  Dirk Benoit transfers the security branch to the next generation. He himself, with a small and close team of employees, continues in the textile sector. Eletex remains distributor and full service partner for numerous companies in the industry.
